I provide expert advice and represent employees who have been unfairly dismissed from work. I also assist employees who are being discriminated against, harassed or bullied at work. My aim is to get you the best settlement possible and to take the stress out of the process so that you can focus on finding a new job or getting back to your current work without the risk of being discriminated against or bullied.

I will draft all required documentation, liaise with the Fair Work Commission or Anti-Discrimination Commission and negotiate the settlement with your employer.

I am not a lawyer, however I have over 15 years of experience working for employers in human resource management and workplace relations along with qualifications in law and business. I regularly resolve disputes in the Fair Work Commission and Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commission. I have also worked as an Investigator for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
